Certification Information

As mentioned above. This certification is for those who have been a part of Rooakh Meditations for at least one year (email me for an exception if you have been meditating on your own for at least two years). The purpose of this is to make sure all of the certified teachers that come through Rooakh have participated in many hours of meditation before they have gone out to teach so that they can be better equip those who they are training.

What will the teaching content be on?

Intention setting, what is meditation, the scriptural basis for meditation, how meditation affects one’s health, what are the benefits of meditation, breathing techniques, working with the Holy Spirit in Breath, meditation in movement, reactionary vs non-reactive way of being, building awareness in the body for the Spirit, working with the heart center, becoming attuned to union states, working through the mind, body and emotions and more.

Becoming a Teacher

There is of course the importance of learning the information and practicing but this course includes one to step out and lead a 10 minute and a 20-minute meditation. I encourage each student to find their own rhythm and style as they step out.

Stepping out into the New

This is an exciting time as the Holy Spirit is nudging us to enter deeper into experiencing the presence of the Spirit. Through this many will have their lives radically changed and brought into incredible healing and wholeness.

More Information

This course is designed for you to go at your own pace. Each week a new video will be added to your account after you have completed the previous week. This Teacher Certification will have around 20 pre-recorded sessions. Each session will be a recording released each week. The total time to completion is around 4-5 months.

Additionally, you will be added to a private Discord group where you can connect with other teachers. You will be added to a network list of Certified Rooakh Christian Meditation Teachers.
